THYE DEFEATS TOM RAY. (Australian Press Association.) (Rec. December 27, 8.20 p.m.) Washington, December 26. Thye defeated Tom Ray, the “’Washington G rappier.” Ray nearly downed Thye with a headlock after. 15 minutes' wrestling, but the Australian, with his shoulders nearly flat on the mat, flopped Ray over suddenly, to win the decision.
