A new metal lower, to be erected at Barcelona, will be 1300 feet. high, 300 feet taller than the Eiffel Tower, in Paris. It will have hotels, a museum, a reading room, and a wireless station. - A business man declared at a recent conference in Britain that he had spend £40,000 on fuel research, but had no return, though he hopes to receive £lOOO for every £lOO he has spent.
