Great anxiety for the security of the frontiers is felt in Trans-Jordania, as the Wahibis bare renewed their warfare. All the men of one tribe were slaughtered while camping, ami their cattle taken away. A neighbouring tribo pursued the \\ uliibis and was also annihilated.
