The Paraguayan Charge dAffaires has delivered a Note to the State Department describing the Bolivian-Para-guayan situation as giving rise to a danger of “imminent war.” The Note transmitted advices received from Para guay to the effect that Bolivia was massing troops and war materials on the bolder. The Bolivian Minister said that he had no information from his Government concerning warlike preparations.
