RED CONGRESS
COMMUNISTS’ WORLD-WIDE PROGRAMME COUNTERING INDUSTRIAL PEACE . MOVEMENT (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) ("Times” Cables.) London, September 2. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” states that the Comintern Congress has closed after a six weeks’ session. M. Bukharin lengthily addressed the Congress, which unanimously adopted an official world-wide programme! Other special resolutions concern revolutionary work in the colonies, and th'e peculiarities and position of the Soviet regarding the Communist Party. , In the text of a special manifesto to the “toilers of the world,” six groups of the Communist Party, embracing the globe, solemnly and formally declared that the Soviet had wisely dealt with the schisms of Trotsky and others. The declaration is interesting as showing the groups in which the Comintern divides the world. The two first divide Europe and the third deals with the United States, Britain, and the Dominions. Another resolution passed unanimously deals with the Communist situation in Britain, where the greatest enemy is Mondism, or the industrial peace movement. Communists must counteract the “Chemical King, Mond.” ' ■
