July 10, 7 p.m.) ■ London, July 10. ■ It is understood that the House of Commons will discuss the recommen-d-tions of the cables and wireless conference during the debate on the Post Office vote on July 12, when the report will be published. Labour members intend to oppose the tendency to depart from State control.
