DISPUTE OVER PATENT RIGHTS

Further legal argument on an appeal from a decision given .by Mr. Justeie Ostler in favour of the Farmers’ Milking Machine Co., Ltd.,' against S. H. Knapp, was heard yesterday by the Court of. Appeal. The appeal was the outcome of an action brought by the company _ against Knapp in respect of an alleged infringement of the patent rights of an improved milking machine. ■ Mr. P. B. Cooke appeared for Knapp and Sir John Findlay, K.C., and, with him, Mr. A. J. Park, for respondents. The Court reserved its decision.
