PRINCES' VISIT TO AFRICA ("Times" Cables.) (Rec. June 19, 7.15 p.m.) London, June IS. U’he Prince of Wales and the Duke of Gloucester will start on their motor tour through Kenya, Tanganyika, and Vg.-indii in November, following the caravan route to Rhodesia, thence going by motor to Cape Town, where they will spend Christmas. The Earl of AHilouc. who is returning to England in January, lias expressed a desire that the visit he regarded as a holiday, and few public ceremonies are .being arranged;
