. TOUR DE FRANCE. (“Times” Cables.) Cherbourg, June 13. In the second lap of the Tour de France Cvcle Race, Leduco was first and Frantz second. The time-was 4hr. 12mln. 29sec. Opperman (Australia) was twenty-fifth, only 12 minutes behind the winner. Watson and Osborne were thirtieth and thirtyfirst, their time being 4hr. 30mln. 4sec. Bainbridge was forty-first, his time being 4hr. 50min.
