LYALL BAY WIN NELSON SHIELD Br TELEGRAPH.—PBESS ASSOCIATION. Dunedin, January 24. At the Surf championships, held at St. Clair Beach to-day. Lyall Bay wou th.' Nelson Shield with 163 points. Maranui (1571 points) was second, and Canterbury (144 points) third. The four-man surf championships went to Canterbury A with 91 points Marauui, with 90 1-3 points, was second,'and Clair 84 2-3 points, third.
