UPPER HUTT AFFAIRS
Sir, In view of the statements made by the chairman and members of the Hutt County Council that appear in this morning’s Dominion, I desire to say that the report does not embody the correct facts of the case. I am prepared to justify the attitude of the Upper Hutt Borough Council before those most concerned, that is, the ratepayers of the Heretauuga area, at anyplace or time the opportunity is afforded me.—l am, etc., P. ROBERTSON, Mayor. Upper Hutt, November 12.
