Great, improvements have boon made in tho Imildimis. and belter facilities prodded for handling and housing tho many exhibits of cattle. The prize money totals £soe. which is sufficient to draw large “"V wedding of great local interest was solemnised at tho Catholic Church, Levin bv the Rev. Father Fitzgibbon, when Isabella Amelia Facfarlanc second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. B. Afacfarlano. of Lovin, was married to Mr. J F Barry, the well-known pekey. the bride, who entered the churen on the arm of her father, wore a dress of ivory •morgetto, trimmed with bonds, and veil To match, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet. The bridesmaid wore georgette with marabout trimming, and a little flower girl in attendance was dressed m white silk with streamers. Tho church was decorated with flowers and the service was fully choral. Dio Wedding March was played by Mrs. Leslie Macdonald. After the ceremony a breakfast and reception was hold in. Sr. Man 3 hall, where some eighty # guests. of the bridegroom and bride, gatheied to toast and farewell the newly-married couple. The presents were many and included several cheques Tho bridegroom’s present to the bride was a wristlet watch. set with diamonds and the bride’s a diamond ring io the bridegroom.
