MR. MASSEY’S PEACE PEN
INTERESTING EXHIBIT FOR DUNEDIN The pen with which the late. Prime Minister (the Right Hon. W. F. Massey) signed the Peace Treaty, and its elaborate setting, constructed by the Post and Telegraph Department, will be transferred from the Parliamentaxy Library, where it has been greatly admired for over twelve months, to the Exhibition at Dunedin in a week or so. As Mr. Massey was the last of the war-time ’Premiers, great interest will attach to this particular exhibit, which is held in an ornamental glass case mounted on the top of a simple pedestal of New Zealand woods. Ihe pen itself rests on a polished mounting, also of New Zealand wood, into which lias been inlaid at each corner crossed arms /A simple glass dome, on the top of which is a dove of peace, completes a fine piece of workmanship.
