NO EVIDENCE OF MISCONDUCT ROYAL COMMISSIONER’S REPORT (Rec. November 15, 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, November 15. The report of the Royal Commissioner in the cornsacks case finds that there is no evidence of misconduct or wrongdoing on the part of any. person in connection with the contract. He is satisfied that Mr. Dunn (Minister of Agriculture) acted reasonably in what lie did. There might be a difference of opinion whether he acted wisely, but in the Commissioner’s opinion he did.—Press Assn. [The New South Wales Minister of Agriculture decided on, the purchase of a supply of cornsacks, owing -to farmers having to pay high prices in the previous year, and the transaction resulted in a loss to the State of £12,500. As the result of criticism in. the Legislative Assembly a Royal Commissioner was appointed to inquire into the transaction .J
