ACCIDENT AT MOTOR CONTEST
car charges among SPECTATORS (Rec. November 15, 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, November 14. During a motor speedway contest at Newcastle a car left the track and charged among the spectators at a speed of seventy miles an hour. A man named Charles Syrcd was killed and twenty-five people were injured, several seriously.—Press Assn.
