O’BRIEN AND SEDDON EACH 4174 THREE ABSENT VOTES TO COME Br Tzilegraph-—Press Association Greyniouth, November 15. The official scrutiny in connection with the Westlaud election was completed at four o’clock on Sunday morning. J. O'Brien (Labour) and T. R. Y. Seddon (Nationalist) each have ■1174 votes. There are three absent votes yet to come. [The voting on election day was O’Brien 4015, Seddon 4000, with 330 absent and seamen’s votes to come.]
