SUMMER BATHING
With the advent of the Christinas and New Year holidays a number of bathing accidents have taken place in past seasons. In many instances these might not have been fatal had the instruction given by medical men under,the auspices of the St. John Ambulance Association attracted a larger percentage of students desiring to master the methods of restoring the apparently drowned. The St. John Ambulance Association, with the aid of the medical profession, has been teaching people what to do in an emergency for the past 40 years, but unfortunately those who come forward for thorough instruction are few in number.
