Sir, —Assuming what Air. Lloyd George writes to be correct, what were tho 1914 Cabinet and Intelligence Department doing? The 1914 Cabinet claim our Intelligence Department to be the best in the world, therefore the public may draw their own conclusion*. -I am, etc., AA’ANKLYN. Napier, January 7, 1923.
