Anthony Fonikes. who was arrested at Invercargill in December, appeared nt the' court this morning charged that on May 3, at Hawthorne, Melbourne, he committed larceny as a bailee of the sum of £250, the property of Dr. Basil Kilvington. Detectiro Bunker, of Melbourne, applied for an order of extradition, which was granted.
