DEARNESS OF DYES PREVENTS REDUCTION. London, October 6. West Wales (? West .Riding) woollen manufacturers have decided not to reduce tho prices of flannel owing to the dearness of dyes. The larger factories have been at n standstill for months, without signs of revival.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
