The arrangements for the forthcoming Labour Day demonstrations are- now well in hand, and present a most comprehensive scheme of attractions. The star Item for ths day will bo tho football match between two teams from the Ladies' Soccer Football Club. As the club i 9 now fairly established, and has hail some experience in the field, tho next , match on Labour Day is expected to prove a very interesting feature. Four running events and a hop, step, am 'Jump under the auspices of tho A.A.A. are included in tho programme The increasing popularity of tho Baby Show and national dancing events is shown by the number of entries and inquiries re carding these items. The Trades’ Lnien Belov Race for- the Carey Memorial Shield, and tho Primary Schools Balay Race, uro also attracting attention. Ino Children’;!
