The New Zealand Farmers Co-operative Distributing Co.. Ltd., report having held a very successful sale ou account of Mr p F Lowe, Cheltenham. There was a large and representative attendance of buyers who came from as far as South Hawke's Bav, Wanganui, and Aiangaweka. The whole‘herd of 40 cows;, and 2-year heifers realised exceptionally t.-ood values, and the followingjre some of the prices: £l9 £2O, £23, £24. £25, £2B, x3O. £3l, £34: £4O. £4l and up to £42. Horses and implements sold at late rates. The above sale according to the auctioneers, was easily one of the best held in the district this year.
