EFFORTS TO BOYCOTT DUKE OF CONNAUGHT’S VISIT.

Delhi, January 16.

The extremists have decided that the occasion of the Duke of Connaught opening the Council of State and the Legislative Council on February 9 at Delhi shall be declared a state of deep mourning.
