The sentence of deailh imposed by Mr. Justice Chapman .on Samuel John rhorn, who was found guilty last week of the murder of Sidney Seymour Eyre at I ukeknwn, has not yet come More Cabinet for consideration. The usual procedure is for the Judge to forward a report upon the case. This report; and other relevant information is placed before tho Executive Council, which decides whether or not there is ground for varying the sentence of death.
