A movement is afoot among tlie New South Wales and Queensland members of tho Federal Parliament to force Parliament to proceed with the erection of tho Federal capital and free Parliamont from its Melbourne environment. It,ls proposed to force tlm issue by holding up tho Estimates.—Press Assn.
