THE NUMBER OF INTERMENTS. The city sexton (Mr. G. Kay) reported to the City Council last evening that during the month of November there were 709 interments in the Karon Cemetery, 8 in the Wellington Cemetery, and there were four creroations-a total of 721. In November last yea # r there were 59 interments in the Karon Cemetery, one in the Wellington Cemetery, and three cremations. . In October this your the interments in tbo Karon Cemetery numbered SG, in Wellington two, added to which there were three cremations, as compared with 78 interments and three cremations for the corresponding month of the previous year. -
