Every province shared in this development. The Punjab keeps pride of plaoe, .but tlio other provinces made a splendid response. 'Burma has given invaluable, assistance. The native States' contributions grow every year fry continually tapping neff sources for men. The recruiting organisations have become so powerful that if is confidently believed they aro capable of meeting all demands.—Renter.
