FIRE AT NELSON
DEFENCE' STORE DESTROYED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, July 5. Firo destroyed tho. storeroom at the Defence Officii last evening, and spread to the ofiico of. the Adjutant of the. 12th. Regiment. Good work by the brigade prevented further damage. Tho store was fully stocked with clothing and equipment. The damage is estimated at several hundreds of pounds.
