HEPLY TO INTER-ALLIED SOCIALIST MEMORANDUM. (Bee. May 25j 0.55 a.m.) London, May 23. Tho Bulgarian -Socialist Party's reply to tho Inter-Allied Socialist -memorandum, which is tho first official reply from the enemy, has reached London. The reply accepts the general proposals of the memorandum and tho majority of tho suggested territorial adjustments. Although the reply maintains that othnographically Macedonia, should bo united ■to Bulgaria, it 'seems probable that the, "Hulgars will be willing to agree to Macedonian autonomy. The reply hopes that tho German Socialists will reply to the memorandum equally moderately and conciliatorily.—Renter. :
