Ho resigned, but at a meeting of tho Education Board a motion was curried that as the Court had punished tho man tho board retain his services on t'he staff of tho Technical College. Subsequently the chairman of tho board, who was not present at tho meeting, gave notice of motion to rescind the Hinutes of that meeting for the purpose of moving that Mayo be dismissed.]
