FINE WEATHER
Yesterday was beautifully fine in Wellington. A light southerly was blowing in the forenoon, but Infer in the day it backed to tho west to a stiff breeze from tho north. Present indications are for moderato to strong easterly winds, changing to freshening liortherlics, warm and humid vcatnor, with increasing cloudiness and rain in many, parts. The barometer is falling .everywhere.
