ARROGANT OUTBURST
London, Decomber 9. .Wireless reports from Berno gave selections from German Press comment on President Wilson's Speech in support of tho declaration of war on Austria. Tho "Berlin Tageblatt" says:— "It is superfluous to declare that all Germany is unitod in repudiating the arrogance which President Wilson breathes in his new message. It must be understood that America's ruthless dosiro for war will' prolong tho hostilities."
Tho "Taglische Rundschau" says:— "Phrases will not shake our nerves. Wo are suro that our European enemies will not desire to continue shedding _ their, blood -until President Wilson is able to establish his system of justico throughout the world." The_ "Vossische Zeitung" says:— "President Wilson Ts trying to disturb tho Itusso-German negotiations and shatter the solidarity of the AustroGerman alliance."
Tho "Vorwaerts" says:—"Peace with Russia will give Germany strength to overcome her Western enemies, including Wilson."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
