JAPANESE BUDGET
Tokio, December 7. The now Budget includes a six-year naval programme, costing thirty millions sterling, providing for tho addition of two battle-cruisers and also submarines. There is a large appropriation for aviation.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
