ilessrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Palmers-ton-North, report having held their fortnightly sale at Taihape on Wednesday, when a small yarding of both sheep and cattle camo to hand. There was a fair attendance of buyers, but the demand for stock was somewhat easier. Quotations:— Woolly ewe )«;rgetg, 355.; four-tooth ewes (shorn), with 100 ner cent, lambe at foot, 37b. 6d.; mixed aced ewes in wool, with 75 per cent, lambs, 315.; dairy heifers, in profit. £9 15s.
