[Lord Reading (Lord Cbicf_ Justice of England, better known as Sir Rufus Isaacs) was head of the British Financial Mission which visited the United States some time ago and established a. satisfactory understanding with regard to war finance. Lord Northcliffo is at present head of the British Mission in America. It was reported on Saturday that he had been verbally offered the post of Air Minister.]
