' EVERY Alien is required to make application for Registration in 'the prescribed form not later than Ist December, 1917. "Alien" means a person ot either sex not less than fifteen years of age who is not a British subject either by birth or by naturalisation in New Zealand. Alien seamen may register with Collector of Customs at port whoro vessel is lying. Every such application shall be in writing in duplicate, and shall be mado by delivering the same personally to a Registration Officer. A certificate of registration will be lesued upon reoeipt of eaoh application. Forms of application are obtainable at all police stations throughout' tho Dominion.
