TAIHAPE BUILDING SITES. A land sale that is expected to attract much attention will bo held in Taihape to-morrow afternoon. Tho auctioneers urge that to buy land in this town or in its suburbs is an investmeut that must prove profitable, as values cannot help advancing. The laud ie on the high side of the road, but thoro is no climbing to any of the suctions. Ijrom the position there is a magnificent panoramic view of Taibane, with Mount Ruapehu standing out inajcstioally in tho far-away backgrounds. A more healthful situation it is stated would bo difficult to find anywhere. The soil is good and well drained; the growth of English grasses being luxurious. This sale, according to the auctioneers, will enable the man who wants a home,to got one before prices begin to soar. For speculation, they add, this sale opens up big fields, but to the poor man wanting a home in a healthy, beautiful locality, close to town yet free from borough rates, Eiich a chance may not oocur again.
