IS AN INCENDIARIST AT WORKP By Telegraph—l'reas Association. Christchurch, November 19. No fewer than three fires were discovered to-night in Coker's Hotel, ona of the largest hotels in Christchurch. The hotel is situated near the sceno of this morning's fatal outbreak. The first fire was in the diningroom, but was of small dimensions and was speedily extinguished. Later, a fire was discovered in an unoccupied bedroom on tho first floor, the burning bedding from which was found at the bottom of the back stairway, where it had kindled another incipient fire. Neither of tho three outbreaks resulted in much damage, but in view of recent happenings they lead to the belief that an incendiarist is at work.
