EVERY Alien is required to make application for Registration in the orescribed form not later than let Dccembcr. 1917. "Alien" means a person of cither sex not less than fifteen years of age who is not a -British subject either' by birth or by naturalisation in New Zealand'. Alien may register with Collector of Customs at port where vessel is lying. Every such application shall be in writing in duplicate, and shall be made by delivering the same personally to a Registration Officer. A certificate of registration will bo issued upon rcceipt of each application. Forms of application are obtainable at all police stations throughout the Dominion.
