GIVEN that charges for Admission to the Basin Reserve will be made- as under, on Saturday, the 24th November, 1917, under "The Wellington Oity Reserves Chalrges By-law (No. 17), 1912," after the hour of 1.30 o'clock p.m.:— ADULTS (over 15 years of ago) 6d. CHILDREN (under 15 years of age)... Free Persons who have entered the Reserve before the hour above-mentioned, and who remain after such hour, are liable to pay the above charge.

EVERY Alien is required to make application for Registration in the orescribed form not later than let Dccembcr. 1917. "Alien" means a person of cither sex not less than fifteen years of age who is not a -British subject either' by birth or by naturalisation in New Zealand'. Alien may register with Collector of Customs at port where vessel is lying. Every such application shall be in writing in duplicate, and shall be made by delivering the same personally to a Registration Officer. A certificate of registration will bo issued upon rcceipt of each application. Forms of application are obtainable at all police stations throughout the Dominion. Police officers in charge of police stations and Customs officers at main ports are Registration Officers. Penalty for failing to register, £50. CHANGE OF ADDRESS.
