Madden, the Speaker, wWTe Mr. Agar Wynne, the ex-Post-master-General, reenters publio lite as member for St. Kilda. Labour has won • Jikajflca from tho Liberals. Later returns emphasise the defeat ot ffle Peacock Ministry, and tho sucocssof Wo new Nationalist party, which m- ' eludes many previous supporters of bir Alexander Peacock. The position is curioxiß. Sir Alexander Peacock will probably tender tho .resignation of nifl Ministry on Monday.-Press Assn. THE COMING REFERENDUM MAY BE DECIDED BY EXCLUSION OF THE GERMAN VOTES. (Rec. November 18, 5.80' p.m.) Sydney, November 18. The "Sunday Times says that there are 100,000 German, votes Ln the Commonwealth. Their exclusion may decide the referendum.—Press Assn.
