Petrograd, November 1. . At tho Preliminary Parliament, M. Korensky said that any Maximalist attempts to 6eize power will bo suppressed immediately. Referring to the attempt of the Council of Workmen and Soldiers to seize supreme power in Petrograd, lie said workmen had been supplied with arms. The Government regarded part of Petrograd in rovolt, and had been forced to tako measures to meet the situation.—Keutor. PRELIMINARY PARMA MEft T T BACKS THE GOVERNMENT. (Rec.
