This victory will bo earned < only if we steadfastly remember the re- ■ sponsibility resting upon us, and in the spirit of reverent obedience ask the blessing of Almighty God upon our endeayours. Lot us seek to bo enlightened in our understanding and fortified in courago in facing the sacrifices wo may yet havo to mako.
