Catherwood.at tne soldiers' service held in the Fcathersfon Town Hall on Sunday night, delivered an appeal to the manhood and womanhood of the Empire to take a broader as well as nobler view of Hie duty they owe to their'country in regard, to marital relations. He said that not only tho future of the Empire I but that of the white race was at stake, and' the problem must b"a tackled without any false modesty being allowed to sfiii? proper consideration of the great issues im'olved.
