DISORDERS AT TASHKEND GOVERNMENT DEFIED. (Kec. October 3, 7.15 p.m.) Petrograd, October 2. Agitators at Taehkend, tho capital of Eu6sian Turkestan, supported by two regiments, rejected an ultimatum by the Government, which had sent troops to suppross disorders.
