Japan, ho said, does not seek to assail the integrity of the sovereignty of China, and-will eventually defend Chinese independence against any aggressor. Japan welcomes fair - end honest competition everywhere, End does not seek aggrandisement or spoliation of territory. Ho appealed to tho United States to be a partner and ally of Japan— Aus.-N.Z.
