V Every permit issued under tho War Regulations made on November 15, 1015, shall upon the expiration, revocation, or other determination thereof.be returned to the Minister or Under-Secretary of Internal Affairs. _ , , , . _ 2 Any passport issued by the w>v-ernor-General may at any time recalled by the Minister or UndelvSecrotarv of Internal! Affairs by notice in writing to the person to, whom it was .issued, and immediately upon the receipt of such notioe the holder of any such passport shall forward or deliver the same to the Under-Secretary of Internal regulations shall be deemed part of and be read together with th« War Eegulations of November 10, 1914, and shall apply to all permits and passports issued since that date.
