Tho "Washington' correspondent of the New York "Tribune" says that the Government Investigation Committee's report shows that the date of sailing of the first American troops for Elurope was communicated ,by a New York firm to Spain, and thence sent by wireless to Germany. The report adds that there is no doubt that many German si>ies are sprinkled throughout the United Stalei. The Army authorities advocate that a stricter censorship should be established. -Aus.-N.Z.
