The clause provides that on appeal of any reservist being a. professor or lecturer In. any university or college, or a teacher in any educational institution (whether under State control or not), on the ground that the calling up of the appellant for military service under the Act is - contrary to the public interest, the Military Service Board hearing the appeal shall allow the same unless it is (satisfied that the calling up of the appellant will not adversely affect the efficiency of eucii university, college, or institution as aforesaid, or be detrimental to ttie welfare of the pupils or students in attendance thereat.
