The demand for oatsheaf/ chaff continues fairly good > for North Island markets, other than Auck-, land, -which is said'to be -well supplied at present. Price's 1 range from £i to 10s. at country stations, according to cinalitr. A s was anticipated last 'week the potato market is easier.' Buyers are now offering £2 los. per ton at country stations, at -which figure some sales havo been made. Growers are, howover, not •teen to sell at this figure.
