ELECTRIC LIGHT
FIGURES STILL INCREASING. August business in the City Corporation's electric light department ■ showed a considerable increase on tho figures for the corresponding month last year. That increaso would bo valuable were it not that the working expenses have increased in almost the Kamo ratio. Tho figures for August of this and last years are as follow:—
